You can place an order as a guest, no account is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name, phone number, and (for delivery) your address.

All prices are shown on our menu and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, delivery fee, and tip.
Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Where offered, you may also choose to pay with cash on pickup or delivery.
Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with demand, weather, and traffic. Please provide clear delivery instructions. If we cannot reach you or complete a delivery for reasons within your control, the order may not be refundable.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right, a remake, credit, or refund at our reasonable discretion. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method.
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, and cross-contact can occur. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is free from a specific allergen.
The Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza name, logo, menu content, and images are the property of Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza text messages: when you tick the order updates box at checkout, Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza texts you about that order (confirmation, ready for pickup, out for delivery). When you separately tick the offers box, Amigo's Restaurant & Pizza also texts you deals, discounts and special offers. The two are separate choices, and neither is required to order.
